What leasing options are available?
Flexible lease terms are available. Get a quote using your preferred floorplan and move-in date for the most accurate pricing and availability!
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
A specific apartment can be requested, and a quote can be generated based on availability. Apartments are held with a completed application and a $200.00 holding deposit.
Do you accept Guarantors or Co-signers?
Guarantors or Co-signers are accepted for income only. Please review our Rental Criteria and contact our Leasing Team if you have any additional questions.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
The floorplan security deposit is $900.00 for a 2-bedroom and $1,000.00 for a 3-bedroom. Additional deposits may apply. The maximum security deposit will not exceed the amount allowed by law. It is refundable at move-out, minus deductions for Resident misuse.
Are utilities included?
Water is included in the monthly rent. The resident is responsible for sewer, trash, gas, and electricity. Cable and internet services are optional.
Is renter's insurance required?
Insurance is required with a minimum liability of $300,000.00 and a maximum deductible of $500.00 per occurrence.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
We accept all forms of income that are legal, verifiable, and paid on behalf of a Resident.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
This is not currently an available option at Margarita Summit Apartments.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

What is the parking situation?
Each apartment is assigned one parking space or carport. Garages are available for lease for $125.00 per month. Guest parking and street parking are available.
What is the smoking policy?
This community is smoke-free. The use of tobacco products, including smoking, burning, or vaping, is not permitted in the apartments, the community's common areas, including parking areas, and garages.
Do you have any amenities for pets?
Pet stations are placed throughout the community, and Margarita Summit is close to several popular parks and walking trails.
What is your pet policy?
We are pet-friendly! Pet deposits are $500.00 for the first pet and $300.00 for the second pet. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Our full pet policy can be reviewed here.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The fitness center is open 24 hours.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
The pool is open daily from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Are BBQ grills available?
Electric grills are permitted on the patio or balcony per fire code.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Packages are delivered to the front doors or mailboxes/mailbox lockers.
How much does it cost to wash and dry a load of laundry?
We understand not all laundry items are suitable for an apartment-size washer and dryer. Margarita Summit is proud to offer a convenient on-site common area laundry facility. The standard washer and dryer is $2.00 per load. We also feature Speed Queen machines for large items such as comforters. These machines are $4.00 per load.
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
The laundry facility is open from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Recycling is available at each trash location throughout the community. Margarita Summit is proud to strategically reduce waste by providing coordinated large-item pickup for our Residents! This ensures the community remains clean and that our Residents are confident they are disposing of their large items, such as mattresses and chairs, properly. Valet trash service is not offered.
Are concierge services available?
This is not currently available as a service at Margarita Summit Apartments.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
1989. Interior renovations completed in 2016. Exterior renovations completed in 2024.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
All apartment homes have central heating and air conditioning, featuring Nest thermostats.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Vinyl plank flooring with carpeted bedrooms.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Our kitchens feature white appliances. We are proud to offer our Residents a gas range.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes.
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes.
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Yes.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Combination with standard bathtub.
Are the apartments furnished?
Apartment homes are not furnished.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?
Floorplans A and B have the washer and dryer in the patio/balcony storage area. Floorplan C is inside the apartment.
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Apartments are wired for fiber internet.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Apartments are wired for internet and cable. Residents may contact a Spectrum or Frontier representative to set up service.
